Resources
General ResourcesThe links below provide key information about the terminology, timeline, and geography of the Holocaust. These links are useful for students, teachers, and those interested in a greater understanding of these events.
Indexers' ResourcesWe use the term “indexing” to refer to the documenting and summarizing of the oral history interviews. This process includes pulling out biographical information, highlighting keywords and search terms, and writing a narrative summary of the interview. We then input this information into our database to be used later by researchers, teachers, and many others. The work of our volunteer "indexers" enables us to locate relevant testimony for research and education purposes. If you are interested in watching and indexing an interview, please contact us at ohp@hcnc.org. Listed below are the documents needed to index an interview: |
