San Francisco State University's Departments of History and Foreign Languages are holding a conference on "German Colonialism and Post-Colonialism" from September 6th-9th. The four-day conference will explore Germany's colonial legacy from past to present.

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to meet and learn from leading academics in the fields of history, literary criticism, anthropology and law.

Keynote speaker: Historian Geoffrey Eley, the Karl Pohrt Distinguished University Professor at the University of Michigan.
