Liebmann-Niklas-Thienert Papers

This letter was written to Mr. Kurt Liebmann in November of 1946 by a young Latvian man living in a DP (Displaced Persons) Camp for refugees from the Baltic States in Blomberg/Lippe, Germany. An accompanying note indicates that the letter was opened by the U.S. censor.
